FormPilot Privacy Policy

FormPilot helps Shopify merchants create forms and manage the responses submitted through their storefront.

Data we process

We process the form fields that a merchant chooses to collect, including information such as names, email addresses, and message content. We also process the Shopify store domain and app installation session required to provide the service.

How we use data

Form responses are used only to provide the form, display responses to the merchant, and deliver features configured by the merchant. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and deletion

Merchants can delete form responses from the app. When the app is uninstalled, store data is deleted through the Shopify compliance process. Individuals can request access to or deletion of information submitted through a FormPilot form by contacting the store that collected it.
